Raimo (Ray) is a Florida State Licensed Home Inspector & InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector, with many years of combined experience in Home Remodeling, Home Inspection, and Real Estate Sales & Appraisals.
Prior to inspecting homes, while remodeling homes, he worked with sub-contractors of all trades including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, roofing and others. That experience, along with his background in real-estate, has given him the experience necessary to conduct Home Inspections with a realistic and thorough approach.
Being centrally located in Palm Beach county is a plus, as Boca Raton, Jupiter and Royal Palm Beach are all within a 30 minute drive from Raimo’s home-office in West Palm Beach.
Nina Kumpulainen works as the book-keeper and office manager and has many years experience in home-management in Palm Beach County.
