InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector - NACHI16122305.
A 4 Point Inspection, sometimes called a Four Point Inspection, is a limited-scope-inspection of the Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC and Roofing systems of your home, usually completed for insurance purposes.
Insurance companies are big on these. If your home is over 20-30 years old, chances are that your insurance company will request a 4 Point Inspection to be conducted on your home.
The insurance company wants to determine their risk. If your home is in good repair (no repairs needed), you'll get a better rate on your premium. And unfortunately, it works the other way as well. Some insurance companies may ever turn down a home, if it's not up to their standards.
During our 4 Point Inspection, if we see something that is adverse or if we see something where you could save money, or if we see something unsafe, we'll let you know. That way you can fix it before we submit the report. We don't just walk away and send the report, which some of the other home inspection companies will do.
We know exactly the information that the insurance companies want to see. When they see our Four Point Inspection report, they know that it was completed by a professional inspector, and they will trust it.
When we conduct a 4-Point Inspection, we don't stop at just completing the report and then walking away. The reason INSURANCE AGENTS like us is because if we see an adverse condition, we will point it out & advise the home-owner on how to go about having it corrected. We'll even go back a second time to re-inspect, for a very-small fee.
Anywhere from $90 to $175+. On average, about $100.
A small condo in Palm Beach county is $90; a 2,000 SF detached-single-family home is $100; a 6,000 SF 2-story home with 7-bathrooms, a separate kitchenette, 4-zone HVAC and 3-electrical panels is $175+.
Our Service Area is all of Palm Beach County, from Boca Raton to Jupiter, to Wellington and Royal Palm Beach. All of our Four Point Inspections are conducted by our InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector.
